01
The Challenge
Specialist care is hard to explain without either oversimplifying or overwhelming. The site needed to educate enough to build confidence, then get out of the way.
02
The Approach
- Split content into 'what this is' and 'what happens next' so patients can stop reading whenever they are convinced.
- Used progressive disclosure instead of long clinical walls of text.
- Anchored the design in restraint so the clinical content carries the page.
- Structured everything so new treatments can be added as self-contained blocks.
03
What I Built
- Specialist practitioner website — [EDITABLE SCOPE]
- Treatment explanation modules
- Contact and referral surface

05
Design / Product Decisions
Explain, then invite
Education sections precede the call to action, which suits high-consideration specialist treatment.
Composable content blocks
Each treatment is an independent module, so the site scales with the practice instead of against it.
